Unfortunately, my experience with this business was a disappointing one. The store had a poor selection of flowers, and the arrangements were overpriced. However, the delivery service was relatively quick and efficient. When I received my order, I was shocked by the low quality of the flowers. The bouquet was small, and the flowers were wilted and dying. I was expecting a beautiful arrangement, but what I got was a sad-looking bunch of flowers that looked like they had been sitting around for weeks. The worst part was that the store refused to replace or refund the order, claiming that they had fulfilled their end of the bargain. As a customer, I felt like I had been ripped off. The only reason I wouldn't give this business a zero-star rating is because of the relatively fast delivery service. However, I would not recommend this business to anyone, and I would advise others to avoid them at all costs.
