The Floridian Club of Sarasota is a wonderful community for 55+ individuals, offering a luxurious lifestyle with various amenities. The staff is highly responsive and friendly, providing top-notch maintenance and customer service. The property is well-maintained, with beautifully landscaped grounds and a welcoming atmosphere. Residents have praised the club's social calendar, which offers a wide range of activities, including live music, pool exercises, and holiday events. The leasing office is efficient, with staff members like Jenny, Kimberly, and Kimberly being particularly helpful. However, some residents have reported issues with parking, which can be crowded at times. Additionally, a few residents have mentioned that the office staff can be somewhat patronizing or condescending at times, which may be off-putting for some individuals. Overall, the Floridian Club is a great choice for those looking for a comfortable and active lifestyle in a beautiful setting.
