This location offers a great overall experience. The quality of the services is good, with a team of experienced personal trainers and a golf instructor. The pricing is reasonable, allowing customers to enjoy a range of services without breaking the bank. The business is known for its commitment to community, especially through its partnership with The First Tee of Lakeland. This business location is very accessible, with wheelchair-accessible restrooms, parking lots, and entrances, making it easy for everyone to visit. The working hours are very convenient, with extended hours on weekdays and late hours on weekends, allowing customers to fit their training sessions into their busy schedules. However, this business doesn't have the perfect timing, it's open on Sundays but closes 2 hours earlier than on other days of the week.
