I've been living at The Easton Riverview for a while now, and I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the community is friendly and welcoming, and the staff is always willing to help. The amenities are great, with a nice pool, fitness center, and outdoor spaces. However, there are some issues with noise, as I can hear my upstairs neighbors clearly. Additionally, the apartment complex has some quality control issues, with creaky floors and walls that seem to be thin. Overall, it's a decent place to live, but not without its flaws. The staff at The Easton Riverview is generally friendly and helpful, but there have been a few instances where they seemed unresponsive or dismissive. I've had to follow up on maintenance requests multiple times, and it can take a while to get a response. However, when they do respond, they're always willing to help. One of the biggest issues I have with The Easton Riverview is the quality of the apartments themselves. The floors are creaky and seem to be lifting in some areas, and the walls are thin, making it easy to hear what's going on in neighboring units. I've also noticed that the apartment complex has some maintenance issues, with trash cans overflowing and sidewalks that are cracked and uneven.Despite these issues, I do appreciate the amenities at The Easton Riverview. The pool is nice, and the fitness center is well-equipped. The outdoor spaces are also pleasant, with a nice patio area and a dog park. However, I wish the apartment complex would do more to address the noise issues and improve the quality of the apartments.Overall, I would give The Easton Riverview 4 out of 5 stars. It's a decent place to live, but it's not without its flaws. If you're considering moving here, I would recommend being aware of the potential issues and weighing them against the pros.
