The Columns at Cypress Point offers a convenient location and a variety of amenities, including a swimming pool, dog park, and fitness center. However, the quality of the apartments may be a concern for some residents, with issues such as cockroaches and outdated appliances reported. Despite this, the pricing is competitive, and the community has received positive feedback about its staff, particularly Lori, who is described as friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The innovativeness of the community is also notable, with features such as a dog park and catch-and-release fishing pond. However, some residents have reported issues with noise transfer and thin walls, and the community has received complaints about its response to maintenance requests. Overall, the community has both positive and negative aspects, and residents should carefully consider these factors when deciding whether to rent here. This review is based on the provided data and takes into account the positive and negative comments from residents.
