This business location is very accessible, with wheelchair-friendly seating, parking, and entrance. They offer a variety of services, including tax preparation, bookkeeping, and business consulting. Clients have reported a high level of professionalism and knowledge from the staff, particularly Ramon Clark. He has been praised for his ability to explain complex tax concepts and provide excellent customer service. Many clients have returned year after year, and some have even referred friends and family. The business is convenient, with online appointments and onsite services available. However, one issue has been reported. There was a scheduling mishap where a client was left waiting for an appointment that Ramon failed to show up for. This may indicate a need for better organization and communication within the business. Despite this, the overall experience for most clients has been positive.
