This location is a one-stop site to find your ideal manufactured home and community. The community is well-maintained, clean, and has nice amenities. The staff is friendly, and the grounds are well-kept. The location has a 55+ community with affordable homes and a golf course. However, there are some issues with maintenance, such as malfunctioning dumpsters and gates that do not work properly. Additionally, there have been reports of packages being stolen, and staff being rude and unhelpful. It's worth noting that the location is not suitable for everyone, especially those who value a secure and well-maintained community.
