I spent some time at Addison at Sunlake and experienced both the positive and negative aspects of this apartment complex. Upon my visit, I noticed that the complex is beautifully landscaped and the exterior looks great. However, as you walk around the property, you will notice that some of the hallways and common areas could use a little more attention to cleanliness. I've heard from other residents that this is an ongoing issue, and it's something that the management team should prioritize. The staff at Addison at Sunlake is friendly and welcoming. Many of the residents have praised the team for their helpfulness and professionalism. However, one issue that several residents have reported is the lack of responsiveness from the management team. Some have mentioned that it takes a while to get maintenance requests fulfilled, and others have experienced issues with noise complaints not being addressed. One of the main drawbacks of living at Addison at Sunlake is the thin walls and ceilings. This makes it difficult to have a good night's sleep or even just relax in your own apartment. Some residents have reported hearing their neighbors' conversations, music, and even footsteps above them. This is a major issue that the management team should address. On a positive note, the amenities at Addison at Sunlake are great. The pool and fitness center are well-maintained and popular among residents. The community events are also a nice touch, and many residents have praised the team for organizing fun activities and parties.Overall, my experience at Addison at Sunlake was mixed. While the complex has its positives, such as a friendly staff and nice amenities, it also has some major drawbacks, like thin walls and cleanliness issues. If you're considering living here, I would recommend weighing the pros and cons carefully and speaking with current residents to get a better sense of what to expect. It's worth noting that some residents have experienced issues with theft in the mail room and packages being stolen. This is a serious concern that the management team should address to ensure the safety and security of residents' belongings. In terms of pricing, Addison at Sunlake seems to be on par with other apartment complexes in the area. However, some residents have reported feeling nickel-and-dimed with extra fees for things like trash removal and pest control. As for innovativeness, Addison at Sunlake has some modern amenities and features, but it's not particularly standing out from other complexes in terms of innovative design or technology.Overall, I would give Addison at Sunlake a 3.3 out of 5 stars. While it's not a bad place to live, it has some significant drawbacks that might make it less appealing to some residents.
