Terra Ceia Manor is a mobile home park located in a beautiful area, with a convenient location close to stores and restaurants. The park is well-maintained, with beautiful yards and a well-kept pool area. Residents seem to enjoy getting together for activities and events, and the community has a friendly atmosphere. However, some residents have experienced issues with the park's administration, including discrimination and harassment. Despite this, many residents have reported being happy with their experience at Terra Ceia Manor and would recommend it to others. Some lots are small, but the park is known for its cleanliness and quiet atmosphere. Overall, Terra Ceia Manor appears to be a nice place to live, but it's essential to be aware of the potential issues with the administration.
