This business location is a great destination for those in need of home and daily services, appliance rental, and tent rental. They offer a wide variety of tents and vinyl creations, making them a top choice for party and event tent manufacturing in North America. The wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance make it easy for everyone to access the services. One would expect a perfect experience, but unfortunately, a negative review stands out - a sales representative was treated poorly by an employee named Matthew. The representative was not allowed to even explain their intentions, as they were told they did not tolerate solicitation. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in a sales environment. On the other hand, the majority of the feedback from the clients is extremely positive, highlighting great products, excellent customer service, and a commitment to taking care of customers in need. The business seems to have a strong reputation, and many clients appreciate their friendly and efficient staff. A possible improvement would be better customer service training, especially for employees who interact with potential clients. With this in place, the overall experience for customers would be significantly enhanced.
