This business location has received praise for its free service, which allows visitors to explore downtown Tampa and Ybor City without incurring any additional costs. The trolleys are said to be clean and well-maintained, and the drivers are friendly and helpful. However, some users have noted that the service can be unreliable, with long wait times and limited frequency. The overall experience is described as fun and unique, but some users have mentioned that the trolleys can be crowded and the ride can be bumpy. The system's innovativeness is also praised, as it provides a nostalgic experience while still offering modern conveniences. However, some users have noted that the trolleys lack air conditioning, which can make for a hot ride during warmer months.
