The location of the TD Bank on S Dale Mabry Hwy in Tampa has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have praised the friendly and helpful staff, such as Ann, Hailey, and Rafael, others have had poor experiences with customer service. Some reviewers have reported long wait times, unhelpful employees, and rude behavior from bank representatives. Additionally, there have been issues with ATMs being broken and phone calls not being answered. However, some customers have appreciated the convenient location and knowledgeable staff. The bank's hours of operation may also be a concern, as they are closed on Thursdays and have limited hours on Sundays. It's worth noting that one of the biggest issues seems to be with the customer service, with some reviewers experiencing frustration and feeling disrespected by the staff. Overall, the quality of service and experience at this TD Bank location is inconsistent and may not meet expectations.
