I visited the Tampa Fire Rescue station located at Building 2713, E Annie St Street, and overall, it was an average experience. The quality of the service and facilities was somewhat lacking, but the pricing was reasonable. The station had a restroom and was wheelchair accessible, which was a plus. However, I noticed that there was only one issue - a concerning incident of racism that was reported by multiple clients. One client even mentioned that a monkey was hung from the ceiling by a noose, which is absolutely unacceptable. It's surprising that the station did not take this seriously and instead tried to intimidate the employee who reported the issue. This kind of behavior is not what you would expect from a government service. Despite this, I would still give the station a decent rating due to its cleanliness and friendly staff. However, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of addressing the concerns of its clients.
