This location has a physical address, phone number, and website, which indicates a good level of transparency and accessibility. The company is listed under Community & Government, Community Service, and Telephone company categories, suggesting a connection with local community. However, the overall experience seems to be mixed, with some clients expressing satisfaction with the customer service, while others have had poor experiences. The working hours seem to be standard for a business location, with clear days and times of operation. However, there is a noticeable gap on Thursdays, which might affect customers' ability to access services on that day.One significant issue arises from the client's feedback, where the company's representative was blamed for not fixing a problem, and instead, the issue was shifted to another company, Spectrum. This kind of situation can damage trust and lead to negative word-of-mouth. It is unclear whether the company took the necessary steps to address this issue and ensure similar situations do not happen in the future.Overall, while the location appears to have some positive aspects, the mixed reviews and the one significant issue suggest that there are areas for improvement.
