We had a great experience with Tampa Bay Pools, but not without some issues. The overall experience was good, with a quality rating of 4.7 out of 5. However, the innovativeness of the company was not as impressive, with a rating of 4.8 out of 5.The process of designing and building the pool was smooth, with a team that was responsive and communicative. The pool itself is beautiful, and we are happy with the result. However, there were some issues with the construction process, including a delay in completing the project.One of the standout aspects of our experience was the pool school, which was conducted by a knowledgeable and patient instructor.
