The business has a relatively good overall rating. Quality of services is somewhat inconsistent, with some very positive and some very negative reviews. Prices seem to be reasonable, which is a strong point for the business. However, innovativeness and ability to adapt to customer needs is lacking. It's worth noting that there are a few major issues with the business, including:Long wait times and lack of communication from staff, as described by several customers. This is unacceptable for a medical facility, where timely service is crucial.A customer had a very poor experience with the MRI machine, with blurry images due to the technician's mistake. This is a serious issue, as it can impact the accuracy of medical diagnoses. Some customers have mentioned that the staff is not very professional, with some even being rude or unhelpful. On the other hand, there are also many positive reviews, with customers praising the staff's friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency. Many customers have also appreciated the cleanliness of the facility and the comfort of the MRI machines.
