This location offers a variety of services, including dog grooming and styling, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and bathing. The staff is described as friendly, kind, and passionate about pet care. They handle pets of different sizes and breeds with care and are willing to accommodate last-minute appointments. The prices are considered great, with many customers commenting on the affordability. Some customers have mentioned that the staff is patient and understanding with nervous or shy pets. However, there is an issue with communication and consistency, as mentioned by a customer who had a poor experience with the grooming service. They felt that the owner was unresponsive and uncooperative when they expressed concerns about their pet's grooming.Overall, this location seems to provide good quality services, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and consistency. Customers are generally satisfied with the services and prices, but some have had issues with the quality of the grooming.
