3.1

The business has an average score of 3.1 out of 5. The quality of the food has received an average score of 3.2 out of 5, indicating that it's decent but not exceptional. The pricing is relatively high, which is why it's scored 4.5 out of 5, as customers feel they're getting value for their money. The innovativeness of the business, however, has not been well-represented, which might be a drawback for some customers. This business has been around for a while and is known for its Mexican-inspired food. However, some of the problems that have been reported by customers include the food being cold, the staff being unfriendly, and the location being poorly managed. Some customers have also mentioned that the business is out of certain items, such as Baja Blast, which can be frustrating for customers who are looking forward to trying them.On the other hand, some customers have reported positive experiences, such as receiving friendly service and getting their food hot and correct. Some have also mentioned that the location is clean and friendly. Overall, it seems that this business has its strengths and weaknesses, and customers may have varying opinions about their experience. One of the major issues that has been consistently reported by customers is the problem of incorrect orders. This has led to frustration and disappointment for some customers, and it's something that the business needs to work on to improve their service.Overall, this business has potential, but it needs to work on improving its quality, innovativeness, and customer service to become a top-rated location.
