The store has a decent overall rating, but some areas for improvement exist. The quality of service is somewhat inconsistent, with some reviewers praising the helpfulness of staff, while others have had poor experiences. Pricing seems to be a strength, with many reviewers noting that they were happy with the cost of their purchases. The store's innovativeness is also a highlight, with many reviewers praising the staff's knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond. However, some reviewers have noted issues with customer service and management, which detracts from the overall experience. The store's location is convenient, with on-site parking and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is generally knowledgeable and helpful, although some reviewers have had issues with specific employees. The store offers a wide range of services, including phone and internet sales, activations, and troubleshooting. One major issue that has been noted by several reviewers is the lack of clear communication and transparency from the store's management and staff. Some reviewers have felt misled or taken advantage of, which has damaged their trust in the store. Despite these issues, the store has a loyal customer base, and many reviewers have praised the staff's friendliness and willingness to help. With some improvements in customer service and communication, this store has the potential to become a top-rated location.
