This T-Mobile store on Big Bend Rd in Riverview City seems to be a convenient spot for people looking for wireless services. The store is wheelchair accessible and has a free parking lot, making it easy for customers to visit. The staff is LGBTQ+ friendly, which is a plus for the community. The store offers a range of services, including repair services and on-site shopping. However, the quality of service seems to be a mixed bag, with some customers experiencing rudeness from the staff. The store's pricing seems to be reasonable, but it appears that long-term customers may not receive the same level of care as those on more expensive plans. The store's innovativeness is unclear, as there is limited information available about new services or products offered. Despite this, the store's customer service is a strong point, with some staff members going above and beyond to help customers make informed decisions. One notable issue that stands out is the poor experience some customers have had with the staff, who seem to be dismissive and unwelcoming. This has led to a negative review from one customer who plans to switch to a different company. The store's overall rating is a reflection of its mixed bag of services and experiences. While it has some strong points, such as its convenient location and customer service, it also has some notable drawbacks, including poor staff behavior and a lack of innovativeness. Overall, this store seems like a decent option for those in the area, but it may not stand out from the competition.
