The business location seems to have both positive and negative experiences from customers. Some customers mention excellent customer service and helpful staff, while others describe rude employees and unprofessional service. The store appears to have a mixed track record when it comes to handling customer issues and providing accurate information. Some customers have had positive experiences with specific staff members, such as Angel and Cisco, who are mentioned multiple times as being helpful and knowledgeable. However, there are also reports of employees being dismissive, unhelpful, and even dishonest with customers. Overall, the store seems to be inconsistent in its quality of service, but it also appears to be taking steps to address customer complaints and improve its performance.
