The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and the doctor, Dr. Zaffer, is kind and gentle, explaining everything he's doing throughout the procedure. They make sure you feel comfortable and informed, and the facility is clean and beautiful.However, there seems to be a minor issue with the office staff's communication. Some patients mentioned that the front office staff can be a bit unfriendly and make them feel bothered when asking questions.
