This business location is excellent for automotive detailing services. The owner, Carmelo, and his team are dedicated to providing top-notch quality services that exceed customer expectations. They take pride in their work, ensuring every detail is perfect. The team is friendly, professional, and communicative, making customers feel comfortable and valued. The business is wheelchair accessible, both in the parking lot and at the entrance, which is a significant advantage for customers with mobility issues. The owner is willing to accommodate customers' needs and works around unexpected challenges, such as inclement weather. The pricing is fair and competitive, considering the high level of service provided. The team uses excellent products and attention to detail to achieve remarkable results. Customers' cars are returned looking like new, with a showroom shine that is often better than what they had when they purchased the vehicle. However, the business does have one area for improvement. The working hours could be more flexible, particularly on Sundays, which closes earlier than the other days. This might be inconvenient for customers who need services on weekends.Overall, Supreme Shine Auto Detailing is a great choice for anyone looking for exceptional automotive detailing services. The team's dedication to quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of their business. With a bit of flexibility in working hours, they could truly be a 5-star business.
