This laundromat has a convenient location and accessible parking lot, making it easy for customers to drop off their laundry. The entrance is also wheelchair accessible, ensuring that everyone can use the facilities. The staff is helpful and responsive to customers' concerns, which is a big plus. However, there are some issues that need to be addressed. One major issue is the malfunctioning of the machines, with some customers reporting problems with washers and dryers not working properly. This can be frustrating for customers who need to get their laundry done quickly. Additionally, some customers have reported issues with the change machine, including it being shortchanged or not working at all.Despite these issues, the laundromat is generally clean and well-maintained, with plenty of machines available for use. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the machines and the services offered. The outdoor laundry area is a nice touch, providing customers with a comfortable and convenient place to do their laundry. To improve, the laundromat could focus on maintaining its machines more regularly and ensuring that they are in good working condition. Additionally, addressing the issue of the change machine and ensuring that it is reliable and accurate would be a big step forward.Overall, this laundromat is a solid choice for customers who need to do their laundry. With a few tweaks to address the issues mentioned, it has the potential to become an even better service.
