This business has a solid reputation, with a score that suggests a generally positive experience. The SuperMatt Laundry is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. However, it seems to have had some issues with customer service and responsiveness. Several reviewers have reported difficulties in getting refunds for issues such as broken machines and unavailability of bathrooms. The owners have generally responded to these concerns in a helpful manner, promising to make things right. Still, these issues may impact the overall quality of service. Prices seem to be in line with what you'd expect for a laundry service, and the innovativeness score is left blank due to lack of information. Despite some problems, SuperMatt Laundry appears to be a reliable option for laundry needs.
