This location is a well-established and reputable business that offers top-quality products and services. The products they sell, such as their hydrogen peroxide-based cleaning items, are of high quality and designed for effective and safe use. The team is knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service, often going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The business is committed to providing environmentally friendly solutions, which is reflected in their "safer choice" and "Environmentally Friendly" keywords. The location has a convenient parking lot and is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for customers to visit. However, there is one issue that stands out - a customer had a bad experience with customer service, citing that the team was unhelpful and unresponsive when resolving an issue with their order. This is an important aspect to address to ensure that all customers receive the same level of service. Overall, this location is a great option for those looking for high-quality products and services, but may require some improvement in their customer service department.
