This location is a well-established storage facility that offers a wide range of storage solutions to meet various needs. The staff, particularly Kat, is friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, with 24-hour access to the storage units. However, some issues with communication and payment processing have been reported by some customers. The pricing is competitive, and the facility offers a variety of unit sizes and types to suit different requirements. The management team seems to be responsive to customer concerns and issues. It seems that some customers have been charged extra for units they didn't use due to the facility's policy of not having a master key for the locks. It is essential for customers to understand this policy and plan accordingly to avoid any unexpected charges.
