Superior Built Roofing is a reputable company that offers top-notch roofing services. Their professionalism and dedication to quality workmanship are evident in the numerous 5-star reviews. The staff, including Rod, Jayson, and Adam, are described as knowledgeable, friendly, and highly responsive to customers' needs. One of the standout features of Superior Built Roofing is their exceptional communication skills. They keep clients informed throughout the process, explaining every step clearly and thoroughly. This level of transparency and customer service is highly appreciated by their clients. While the company has received some excellent reviews, there were a few instances where clients mentioned some issues with their website or phone system. However, these issues seem to be minor and did not detract from the overall quality of their services. The company's pricing is considered to be very competitive, with many clients expressing their satisfaction with the reasonable prices. Their services range from roof repairs to new installations, and they are willing to work with clients to find a solution that fits their budget. One potential area for improvement is in the availability of their services. They are closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays, which may not be ideal for clients who need emergency roofing services during these days. However, this seems to be the only drawback in an otherwise excellent company.Overall, Superior Built Roofing is a great choice for anyone in need of roofing services. Their commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and competitive pricing makes them a reliable and trustworthy option.
