The pricing was fair and reasonable, especially considering the high level of quality.The facility was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable waiting area. The staff was friendly and courteous, making me feel at ease during the service process. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the fact that the team took the time to educate me on the condition of my vehicle.However, there was one issue that stood out - a customer mentioned that the shop refused to replace a flat tire due to safety/liability reasons, despite the customer's concerns. This incident seems to have been handled poorly, and it's unfortunate that the customer felt disrespected and unvalued.Overall, I would recommend Superior Auto Repair to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy automotive service.
