I visited the Super Parts store on Morris St N Street in St. Petersburg City and was quite satisfied with the experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, with a representative named Mark standing out for his exceptional customer service. He assisted me with finding what I needed and made the process smooth. The store offers a wide range of car parts, including hard-to-find items. My needs were fulfilled, and I was able to find what I was looking for, such as a headlight switch. The prices are very competitive, which is a significant advantage for customers. One thing to note is that the store's inventory could benefit from a bit more variety, but overall, the quality of the parts is satisfactory. The store's accessibility is one of its strengths, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, making it easy for everyone to shop. The store's working hours are also convenient, allowing customers to plan their visit accordingly. I was able to visit during the week and even on Saturday afternoons.I will definitely consider coming back to this store due to its excellent customer service and competitive pricing.
