I visited the condominium complex at Building 650, Collany Rd Road, Tierra Verde City, and overall, it's a decent place to live. The views are indeed breathtaking, and the complex seems well-maintained. The condos are nicely designed, and the parking lot is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus. However, the real estate business seems to have a major issue: it was built right next to a protected bird sanctuary, disrupting the nearby waterway and causing environmental harm. This has led to the closure of the waterway and negatively impacted the Shell Key Preserve. This is a significant drawback, and it's disappointing to see the profit from these developments not being used to repair the ecological damage. The association has shown some positivity, with companies participating in the construction and building amenities like kayak racks. The complex is wheelchair accessible, with both parking and entrance being easily accessible. However, a clearer sign on the gate would be helpful for visitors and residents alike. Unfortunately, some of the condos were overpriced, and the construction project received approval without considering the environmental impact. This has resulted in negative feedback from some residents and visitors.
