Sunset Plaza is a convenient shopping destination with a diverse range of stores and services. It's easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom. The plaza is also LGBTQ+ friendly and has a safe space for the transgender community. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some reviewers mentioning excellent service at Ace Hardware and Winn-Dixie.The plaza has a mix of big-box stores, specialty shops, and services, including a post office, pet store, and restaurants. Some reviewers appreciate the variety of options available, while others find the selection to be limited. The Winn-Dixie grocery store is a popular destination, with some reviewers praising its cleanliness and helpful employees. However, some reviewers have mentioned issues with the plaza's management, citing incidents of aggressive behavior from management staff. Additionally, some reviewers have noted that the plaza is in need of maintenance and upgrading, with some areas looking outdated.Despite these issues, Sunset Plaza remains a popular destination for shoppers in the area, with many reviewers praising its convenience and variety of options. With some improvements and better management, this plaza could become an even more enjoyable and welcoming shopping experience for all visitors. One notable issue is the lack of clear signage and directions, which can make it difficult for some visitors to find their way around the plaza. This is especially true for those who are not familiar with the area or are relying on GPS navigation.
