This condominium complex offers a great place to stay. The beautiful scenery and the presence of a swimming pool, especially with a hot tub, contribute to its appeal. The address is easy to find, at Building 2245, N Beach Rd Road, Englewood City. On-site parking is available for residents, which is convenient. Accessibility to the complex is also taken care of, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. Sunrise Pointe Condominiums is a co-brand of this location. However, the decor, facilities, and setup seem a bit outdated, which affects the quality.
