This bed and breakfast is located in a great location, close to the center of Dunedin. The owners, Rock and Michelle, take great pride in their property and it shows. They have put a lot of effort into creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. However, some guests have experienced issues with communication and check-in, and a few have had problems with the temperature control in their rooms. Despite this, the majority of guests have had a positive experience and would recommend staying here. The property is LGBTQ+ friendly, has on-site parking, and offers a hot tub and outdoor pool. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast in the main house. However, the property is not suitable for families with children or pets, and there is no after-hours staff on site.
