This location, Sundown Tire Stores, is a commercial tire service provider that offers a range of services, including tire sales, roadside assistance, and repairs. The business operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, which is a significant advantage for customers who require immediate assistance. However, the review highlights one major issue - the business sold a used tire to a customer as a new one, which led to a blown-out tire and significant damage to the vehicle. The business has a rating of 4.2, which is a relatively high score. However, this score is not entirely representative of the experiences of all customers. While some customers have reported excellent service, professionalism, and reasonable pricing, others have had negative experiences, including being sold used tires as new ones and receiving poor customer service. The pricing score is 5.0, indicating that the business is competitive in terms of pricing. However, this may not be the case for all customers, as some have reported being sold used tires at a discounted price. The innovativeness score is 4.5, suggesting that the business is proactive and adaptable in its approach to customer needs. However, this may not be the case in all situations, as some customers have reported encountering unprofessional staff. The quality of the service is not well-represented in the review, as only a few customers have reported issues with the service they received. However, the issue of selling used tires as new ones is a significant concern that raises questions about the quality of the service. The accessibility of the location is a significant advantage, as it is open 24/7 and offers wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance. The business also accepts NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards, making it convenient for customers to make payments.Overall, while Sundown Tire Stores has a high rating and offers many advantages, the issue of selling used tires as new ones raises concerns about the quality of the service.
