The travel agency is located in a convenient place in Crystal River City and offers a variety of travel services, including scalloping. The staff is highly knowledgeable and friendly, making sure customers have a great time. They are very attentive to customer needs, whether it's providing equipment or ensuring safety on the water. The captains and guides are experts in their field and provide an exceptional experience. The company has a good reputation, as shown by its high rating. However, there could be some improvement in terms of communication and preparation for customer needs. One issue to note is that some customers may have to wait for a bit before being helped, which can be a minor inconvenience. Overall, the agency is a great choice for those looking for a fun and memorable experience in Crystal River.
