Suncoast Quality Cars is a used car dealership located in Kenneth City, Florida. Despite its name, the dealership has received mixed reviews from customers, with some praising its affordable prices and friendly staff, while others have complained about poor quality vehicles and dishonest sales practices. Some reviewers have reported purchasing vehicles that turned out to be in much worse condition than advertised, with issues such as cracked engines, faulty transmissions, and worn-out tires. In some cases, the dealership has allegedly sold vehicles with outstanding problems, only to later deny responsibility or claim that the issues were the buyer's fault. On the other hand, some customers have had positive experiences with Suncoast Quality Cars, praising the dealership's competitive pricing and helpful staff. However, these positive reviews are outnumbered by the negative ones, suggesting that the dealership's quality control and sales practices may be a major issue. It's worth noting that the dealership has responded to some of the negative reviews, apologizing for the inconvenience and offering to help resolve the issues. However, the responses often come across as insincere or dismissive, which may further erode trust with potential customers.Overall, while Suncoast Quality Cars may offer competitive pricing, its reputation for selling poor-quality vehicles and engaging in dishonest sales practices makes it a dealership to approach with caution.
