The location is clean and has a good atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to do laundry. However, there have been some issues with machines not working properly and internet connectivity. The owner has been responsive to addressing these problems, and refunds have been offered when necessary. The laundry facility has a 24-hour operating schedule, which is convenient for customers. Some reviewers have noted that the dryers can get very hot, which may cause issues for delicate items. Additionally, the bathroom has not been usable for some time, which is an inconvenience for customers.
