The location is quite welcoming for customers with mobility issues, as it has a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The store's accessibility features are definitely a plus. The address is Building 2965, E Thomas St Street, Inverness City, which should be easy to find. However, the working hours are somewhat limited, with the store closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays, and only open on Fridays from 08:30 to 17:30. The phone number is +13523449637, which is convenient for customers who want to call ahead to confirm hours or ask questions. The store has a strong partnership with Suncare Respiratory Services Inc, which suggests a high level of expertise in respiratory care. This partnership could be a major draw for customers seeking reliable equipment and advice. Despite some positive reviews, there is one significant concern. The customer who gave a 1.0-star review mentioned having issues with back billing and poor service, which could be a major turn-off for potential customers. This issue is a notable drawback that needs to be addressed.
