This business location is a mixed bag. On one hand, it offers a wide range of products for industrial equipment rentals and has a convenient location for customers. The accessibility features, such as wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, are a great touch for customers with disabilities. However, the quality of service seems to be inconsistent, with one client experience being particularly negative. The new manager has been accused of dishonesty and causing unnecessary delays. Despite this issue, the pricing seems reasonable and competitive, which may be a major draw for customers. The innovativeness of the business is impressive, with a clear focus on providing solutions for customers' needs. Despite some flaws, this business has a lot to offer for customers looking for industrial equipment rentals. However, it's essential to be cautious when dealing with the new management team.
