Many guests have praised the resort's family-friendly atmosphere and the quiet, peaceful surroundings. Some have also appreciated the proximity to the Pinellas Trail for biking and walking. However, some guests have noted that the Wi-Fi can be slow, and one guest had a negative experience with reservations and was told that there were no openings for the next year, which was not true.
