The location on E Klosterman Rd in Tarpon Springs City offers a great living experience with a mix of friendly residents and well-maintained facilities. The owners are known to be helpful and considerate of the residents' needs. The park's accessibility features, including wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, make it a welcoming place for everyone. The residents enjoy a sense of community with regular activities and events, and the park's central location makes it easy to access local amenities and attractions. While some residents appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, others enjoy the occasional excitement of people riding their three-wheeled bikes. The park's management is praised for being exceptional, with many residents commenting on the quiet and tidy environment. The owners' commitment to maintaining the park and ensuring the residents' comfort and privacy is evident in the generously spaced units and the beautiful central lake. However, one area for improvement is the heated pool, which was a point of contention for some residents. Overall, Sun Country Mobile Home Park is a great option for those looking for a safe and friendly community with a range of amenities and a convenient location.
