Sun City Carts in Wimauma City seems to be a well-established and reputable business. The store is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, making it convenient for customers with mobility issues. The working hours are also relatively flexible, with Monday to Friday and Saturday operating hours, but the store is closed on Thursdays and Sundays. The staff, particularly Rick, is highly praised by customers for their exceptional customer service skills, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers. Many customers have mentioned that Rick provided them with a great buying experience, was knowledgeable about the products, and had a wonderful personality. The store offers a wide range of golf carts from reputable brands such as Evolution and Yamaha, and the prices seem to be competitive. However, there is one issue that needs to be addressed. One customer mentioned that the salesperson at the store spoke negatively about a specific brand, which could be seen as unprofessional and might affect the customer's purchasing decision.Overall, Sun City Carts seems to be a great option for customers looking for a golf cart, with a knowledgeable and friendly staff, competitive pricing, and a wide range of products. However, it's essential for the store to ensure that all staff members provide a positive and professional experience for all customers, regardless of their product preferences.
