This business location offers a reliable and efficient cleaning service. The staff is very professional and friendly, with a great attention to detail. The owner, Alejandra, is highly praised for her ability to go above and beyond to meet clients' needs. The team uses eco-friendly cleaning products, which is a plus for those with environmental concerns. One minor issue that has been mentioned is the potential for some attention to detail to be missed, resulting in a less-than-perfect job. However, this seems to be an isolated incident, and the business as a whole is highly regarded for its excellent work. The business operates on a regular schedule, with the same staff members coming to the same location each week, which helps build trust and consistency with clients. The business has a strong focus on quality, and the owner takes pride in ensuring that every client is satisfied with their service. While there have been some comments about the price being a bit high, most clients feel that the service is worth the cost, and that the quality of work justifies the price. The business has a good reputation for being reliable and efficient, with many clients using their services for regular cleanings, move-in and move-out cleanings, and post-construction cleanings. They have also been praised for their excellent customer service and communication skills.Overall, this business is a great option for those looking for a reliable and efficient cleaning service with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
