Sun Auto Sales INC is a used car dealership located at Building 15031, US-19 Street, Hudson City, with a phone number +17273262315 and a website https://www.sunautosalesinc.net/. The business operates from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 and on weekends from 10:00 to 16:00 on Sunday. The majority of the reviews from customers indicate a positive experience with the dealership. Many customers have praised the staff for being friendly, helpful, and respectful. Some customers have mentioned that the cars were clean, had low mileage, and were sold at a reasonable price. The dealership has a wide variety of cars to choose from, and the sales team is willing to work with customers to find the right car for them. However, there have been a few instances where customers have had a negative experience. Some customers have reported issues with the cars they purchased, such as problems with the engine, transmission, or other mechanical issues. In some cases, the dealership has been accused of hiding problems with the car or selling cars that are not in good condition. One customer even reported that the dealership sold them a car that had a blown head gasket and then refused to help them with the repair. It's worth noting that the dealership has responded to many of the negative reviews, often apologizing and attempting to resolve the issue. However, some customers have reported that the dealership's response was dismissive or unhelpful.Despite the occasional negative review, the overall impression of Sun Auto Sales INC is that it is a reputable dealership that is willing to work with customers to find the right car for them. However, customers should be aware of the potential for mechanical issues and be sure to thoroughly inspect any car before purchasing.Overall, the quality of the cars sold by Sun Auto Sales INC is a concern. While many customers have reported being satisfied with their purchases, there have been enough reports of mechanical issues to suggest that the dealership may not always be selling cars that are in good condition. The innovativeness of the business is high, they have good customer service and are always willing to work with customers to find the right car for them. However, the business could improve on this by being more transparent about the condition of the cars they sell.
