This location is a solid choice for those looking for a new home in the area. The quality of the homes is decent, but some customers have reported issues with maintenance and responsiveness. One major concern is that homes are too close together, which may be a drawback for those valuing personal space. On the other hand, prices are very competitive, making it an attractive option for those on a budget. However, some customers have reported difficulty in getting repairs done and have expressed disappointment with the professionalism of the staff. Despite this, the location offers a good balance of quality and price, making it a viable choice for many.
