This place offers a good overall experience, but there are some areas that need improvement. The rooms were somewhat clean, but some guests found them to be dirty and in need of repair. The beds were uncomfortable, and the TVs were often not working. However, the location is great, close to Disney and surrounded by shops and restaurants. It's a good option for families and friends looking for a place to stay, but it's not perfect.Guests praised the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, making it a great spot for families and kids. Some reviewers also mentioned that the place was spacious and had a comfortable layout. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property were a major issue for some guests. One reviewer mentioned that the place was "beat up" and that the repair work was shoddy. Another guest mentioned that the floors, toilet, and carpet were all dirty. On the positive side, the location is a major selling point. It's close to Disney and surrounded by shops and restaurants, making it a great option for families and friends. The management company is also slow to respond to problems, which can be frustrating for guests. The biggest issue with this place is the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. Some guests found the rooms to be dirty, the beds to be uncomfortable, and the TVs to be not working. The property also needs some repairs, with some guests mentioning that the ceiling was falling in and the spackle tape was dangling. If these issues are addressed, this place could be a great option for families and friends looking for a place to stay.
