This business location seems to be a decent place to stay, but there's a hint of a lack of friendliness among the residents. They allow individual owners to rent out their units, but this can be a problem if you're trying to rent a condo as an Airbnb, like in one client's case. The units themselves are nice, but there's an issue with the heating and cooling system, and without carpeting, you can hear everything around you. Overall, the complex seems to be decently maintained, but it's a bit old. The property management team does a good job keeping things running, but it's not a particularly innovative or groundbreaking place. The complex is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus. The only major issue here is that the condo complex doesn't seem to be very welcoming to outsiders, which can make for a negative experience.
