They have received high praise for their excellent customer service and for making the home-buying process as stress-free as possible. The community is well-designed and offers a range of floor plans to suit different needs and preferences. The location is convenient, with easy access to I-4 and a range of amenities nearby. The community is also close to Lakeland and Tampa, making it an ideal choice for those who want to commute or enjoy weekend getaways. While the community has received overwhelmingly positive reviews, one customer noted that the community is still in the process of being built, which may be a consideration for potential buyers.
