The apartment rental at Summerhouse Lakewood Ranch has a well-maintained property with beautiful amenities, making it a great place to call home. The community is very friendly, and the staff, particularly Ashley, Isela, and Crystal, are extremely helpful and attentive. They go above and beyond to make the residents feel welcome and comfortable. The maintenance team is also very responsive, with Chris and Joe being highly praised for their prompt and professional service. One of the main issues with Summerhouse Lakewood Ranch is the inconsistent cleanliness of the hallways and grounds. There are reports of dog urine and trash left in the hallways, which is a major concern for some residents. Additionally, some residents have experienced issues with the application process, including difficulty in getting refunds and poor communication from the office staff.Despite these issues, Summerhouse Lakewood Ranch has many positive qualities, including its beautiful pool and grounds, convenient location, and regular social activities. The residents are friendly and welcoming, and the staff is always willing to help. Overall, while there are some areas for improvement, Summerhouse Lakewood Ranch is a great place to live, especially for those who value a friendly and supportive community. One of the main areas for improvement is the office staff's ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Some residents have reported having to wait for long periods of time to get responses to their messages, and some have even had to contact the corporate office to resolve issues. This can be frustrating for residents who are trying to get help with a problem or simply want to ask a question.Another area for improvement is the consistency of the cleanliness of the hallways and grounds. While some residents have reported having to deal with dog urine and trash in the hallways, others have not experienced this issue. It would be great if the management team could find a way to address this issue and ensure that the hallways and grounds are consistently clean and well-maintained.Overall, Summerhouse Lakewood Ranch is a great place to live, but there are some areas for improvement. With a bit of attention to these issues, this community could become an even better place for residents to live, work, and play.
